Favourite series of the year part1

I will start from the year of 2008 since that's the year where I started watching all the tvb series :D

That goes without saying, my favourite series in 2008 is none other than moonlight resonance :D

I still remembered vivdly in my mind all the incidents that took place in moonlight resonance. I was captivated just by the first few episodes of it. There are already high climaxes and unexpected twisting points in the first few episodes. In fact, there are actually cosntant climaxes in each episode. 

It's so engaging that it just kept me going for the entire 40 episodes. Since this was only the 3rd tvb series I started watching back then, I didnt really know all the artists and their names. In fact, I was rather new and unfamiliar with all the TVB artists. faces, names, etc. I didnt even know the cast back then. But just right after the first few episodes, I had been captured by this flawless casts. I was rather impressed by all their brillant actings and how they delivered it to the audience. I even felt like I was brought into their characters. Each of the artist in moonlight resonance did a very good job in protraying their characters. That includes all the small roles like wayne's & shirley's roles, etc. Even though wayne's exposure and screentime were not much, it doesnt mean his role was insignificant. In fact, his role was so important for the development for the story and he definitely perform well. I could sense the angst (in certain secnes) and the righteous conduct he felt he ought to possess. All these are shown through his facial expressions, and the tone he delivered as he expressed to show his righteousness. I also saw tears started to well up in his eyes as the sense of guiltness overwhelmes him, together with the gratitude he felt towards louise lee.

Hayu, Lousie lee, Mischelle yim and Susanna Kwan are all very experienced actor and actresses, which is once again proven in this series through their outstanding performances. Hayu really did an amazing job in his role of Jo爸. In the first few episodes, he convinced the audience that he was someone bad and heartless, especially towards 荷妈 (role played by lousie lee). But as the story develops, you will begin to realize that he wasnt that bad afterall. He actually did feel guilty over the years. After the first high climax of wayne revealing the truth that 荷妈 lousie lee) wasnt the cause of the death of  Jo爸's brother, you can sense mama's (Lee Heung Kam) and maybe  Jo爸's (Hayu ) hatred and resentement towards 荷妈 (role played by lousie lee) lightened, which is also one of the turning point of the series. Slowly after, a series of incidents took place which drive Jo爸 (Hayu ) towards 荷妈's(lousie lee) family side more. Each time when 红姨 (role played by Mischelle Yim) wanted to blow up an incident, it would always endup being backfired. She will always be the one who gets it at the end and landed herself to such situation.

There are some love triangles in this series. One of the unique point in this series is that the love triangles actually does contributes to the storyline (and even if it does not, it's really very enjoyable to watch) The romance part of this series is rather touching and sweet. For Jo爸's (Hayu ) and 荷妈's(lousie lee) relationship, it's cute and sweet.

There are also many touching scenes in the series. One of it was during 阿庆's (fala)  birthday. The moment when  Jo爸 (Hayu) confirmed that it was all  红姨's (Mischelle Yim) deeds for stopping him and wanted him to retreat from going to her birthday celebration, he then was determined. Despite having all the bruises, injuries and cuts on his hands and face, despite the cake he held onto was being squashed and smashed, despite having his spectacle spoilt and not being able to see clearly, despite having all the diffculties and injuries to even walk, he still managed his way through. This part is really touching :'(
Ofc there are many other touching scenes, too many to list, so I shall just list one hahaaa.

I also love how heartwarming this series is. When anything happens to anyone in the family, all the other members will get so worried and will just do anything to help out. They are also very supportive of one another. You can just really feel the bond in this family, really sweet :')

2 gorgeous ladies- Fala and Tavia. Though they do not have any blood relations, but they may even be closer than some of the blood relation sisters. This is also the series that makes me love both fala and tavia. Tavia performed exceptionally well in moonlight resonance with the extreme emotions poured into the

 character. She's quite pitiful in the series. I think almost all the unfortunate things happend to 阿月(protrayed by tavia). She's always magnlied for all the things she never did and yet, it seems that nobody is bringing her justice kind of thing (at the beginining). But luckily, all truths will always revealed at the end and she's being justified. :)

Many couples in this series but I'm just gna list some~ :)

#Couple1: Rayda~~ They are just too cute in this series. They both love each other, they will always be there for one another at all times. really sweet.

#Couple 2: Bosco+linda! Another couple in the series. Makes me think of witness insecurity and gem of life hahaaa~

                 #Couple3: Tavia+Moses. They actually go through alot before getting together~ :)

In 2009, my favourite seriess are  Emergency unit & Rosy Business :)

Emergency unit is the 2nd/3rd hk police series that I watched and I must say I really fall in love with it when I first watched it. It then since etched in my mind vivdly and leaves a very deep impression to me up till thus. I love michaelmiu so much in this series and i find him really charming :) He does not correspond to his age at all. This series also made michael tse's popularity surges and I think almost everyone know who's "laughing gor" right now. x)

Next, is rosy business.My favourite:  Sherayne :))

I wasnt very interested in this series initially (before watching) because I dont like to watch series with this era. But still, I decided to give it a try and I'm super glad I did. Honestly, I dont really remember the details for this series though I watched it for about 2-3 times. But there's alot of high climaxes too and caigao(wayne) and baoqi(sheren) will always be there for one another whenever the other party faced any crisis. They will always faced and get over it together :)

U must be familiar with all those above graphics? Mostly was done to reminisice noregrets. I specially made it to update my ( I love wayne and sheren ) fb fan page, as it was pretty dead. The first banner of sheren as on ep1 and last banner of sheren was on ep20. *if u can rmb* This was the only drama to make me really go crazy! I had absolutely no idea why. I can clearly receite ALL the diagloues and rmb the exact storyline on every episode. so quite unlikely to rewatch agn. Rewatched like 5times (at least). Anw, for the bowielam's banner, the pict was originally taken frm AC's site! It was pretty cool isint it? thus decide to transform it to a banner! Hah! Prettycool. I love bowie. So yup, this was considered as an edited post, whr below stuffs were not gonna exactly related to any tvb news. you can skip if u want to.

There's a huge difference between obliged to do and passion to do.
Just like TVB stuffs, yes! I'm passion to do all TVB stuffs. reason why i can spent most of my time on TVB stuffs, was becuz im rly passion to TVB dramas. i enjoy doing it, I love doing it. and i see it as one of my fav hobby, definitely. I actually created 3 fb fanpage regarding abt TVB. yes, and i dont get sick and tired of doing it. It's actually quite disheartening that many of TVB bloggers stopped blogging halfway through. not due to time constrain, but rather the lack of interest towards tvbdramas anymore. well, just now , sth really struck me. what if oneday, i loses interest towards TVB dramas too? Idk. It sudd seems scary to me. and that will be the last thing i wished to see. If such amazing dramas that TVB produced i wd lose interest with, what other dramas will actually capture my heart? I dont really know.

Wayne Lai

"I does not really like Wayne, but he became one of my favorite actors when I saw him in ROSYBUSINESS. He basically stole the show and I have been rooting for him ever since. His popularity soared since starring in one of my fav TVBdrama- Rosy Business and No Regrets and got him back to back Best Actor wins for the TVB awards. Although Wayne has gotten many offers to film in mainland, he prefers to stay in Hong Kong because he doesn't want to be away from his son for too long. He also doesn't have to worry that much about money since he gets many endorsement deals, such as the one for the health ad below. "

Reason why i repost this is becuz i JUST watched rosybusiness and i really love him alot ! I loved his amazing actings in rosybusiness ! Though chinese version just made a huge difference as compared to cato. It spoilt the whole part of high climax and stuffs. I had no idea how they translate it. It somehow just made a huge difference. but I Succumb to the temptations and still watched it.

I also loved AC's way of posting ! His english was so good ! :D
Okay. I missed entirely 3 chances of meeting wayne in reallife. my friend actually asked me to tag along with a big grp of fans to see&support wayne whr he visited sg lastyear. If u know , i had been ranting abt it since then. They even managed to take alot of pictures with wayne and wayne even mentioned them on his TVBblog! I could be the one of them! But well, there's no way i can changed the fact by rewinding back the time isint it? (ohyah, first picture of this post was the only picture by me! ^^ )

Yupp. It's quite hard to say who will be the winner fr this year. Everyone's compliment is just average, and everyone has its own supporters too. In the previous years, there will definitely be HOT canditates and hot topic abt who will be the winner. mainly between about 2 people. Their supporters will also be really supportive and its considered as the winner fr that year even befr that day of prize-presentation. but this year, its slightly different, everyone stands a chance, everyone has equal opportunity. so yup! Kinda special this year ! Quite anticipating!

For me, this is just my point of view, u dont have to support my view, but i think bosco deserve the award. everyone's performance this yr is just average, and so, it seems to be make bosco the outstanding one. I like bosco, the way he smirks and the way he talks, he's rly portraying his role well. And since he's crippled, the way he moves does not exaggerate too much. It's pretty natural. Esp for the last episode whr his hand got wheeled over by a wheelbarrow thing(?) i got absolute idea wht it's. The way he shouts and the agony he has is absolutely good. I seems to "ouch" for him too when im watching it myself. I think bosco had definiely meet the criteria of a gd actor - to make the audience seems to be experiencing wht had happened inside the show. so, i think he really acts well and he deserved the award. Compare to all the others dramas he acted in previously, his acting really improved tremendously. His role inside really makes me crazy over him! yes. He's freaking awsome and hot. The way he shows his love for kate, my heart melts too. Haha. i think im crazy. and the way he talks sweetlyand gently to kate. Everytime when they tease each other, the "^^" look, i really thinks he acted verywell.

the way he expressed his love to kate but not by diagloues, but through his expression, facial expression, his eyes, his mouth, the way he contorted his face, feeling sad , disappointed, arrogant. He's really (y) making me speechless. And for the second last epi, whr kate conveyed to him about the news of the lost of their child, he was actually opening a champagne, but he suddenly like stops, pause , stunned, shocked, and the look he give. Yupp. pretty well acted. and yah.i always lokked up upon gd acting celebrities. i will specially rewind just to look at their actings. i will always lookout for celebrties'actings no matter in any show.

BEST DRAMA AWARD

Yes. as for best drama award, i think LIVE OF OMISSION shd deserve the award.. frm the start whn all the undercovers gets exposed, and slowly they showed that they are the undercovers. Fyi, there are ALOT of undercovers inside. it's so unexpected and u will like "oh! so this is the undercover!" the amazing and apprehension u get the minute u know is so undescrible. and thr are many unexpected twisting points to make u stunned. and the point whr u think, "oh, die. " and the point whr u ge so terrfied and tesne, that ur hands turned clammy,

then sudd someone/sth would appear to stop everything and to turn the situation to the police's advantage. Then u will like "wow!" and ur heartbeat will almost stopped at that moment.
HAHAHA! I know im exaggerating. but i really thinks this is an awesome drama, and it's definitely recommend to be watch! :D yah. so other dramas could not hold a handle to LIVE OF OMISSION, definitely.


Yah. End of my post and views. Been a long time since this empty space is being filled. (: im really busy! Anw did i mention, our country is currently showing ROSYBUSINESS? YES? one of the best drama too. with good casts inside. sheren+wayne!
